this one time i was pressured into playing a drum by this native women from another culture (Blackfoot) and its against my own native culture (Saulteaux) to play drums. women cant play them because the men honour the women. it felt wrong and weird and stuff, but I did learn how to sing a few songs that I can remember how to sing to this day.
