ive been feeling really really depressed these past few days, had a few suicidal thoughts, even cut myself at school afterwards I just said fuck all and went home. course this was last week but this told me that something was like actually really wrong, I went to the doctor: long story short I might be bipolar. Not 100% on it only after until I see the psychiatrist. man idk what to say tbh feeling rly indifferent but also rly bothered, this feeling is intense and I have no idea how to describe it. Anyway, im just gonna try get through the days like I normally try.
