i love remember the laughter not only bc of its meaning to me (will be explained below), but also bc it is such an amazing album. like. holy shit, ray did all that mostly by himself. he’s such an amazing guitar player, we all know that; but he’s also a talented songwriter, producer, and, as frank once said, makes cool fuckin drumbeats. it’s such a beautiful, well rounded, and warm album. he’s a goddamn genius.

i cant describe how much this album means to me. it’s something that has brought so much light into my life at times i didn’t think that was possible. it’s been my way through some of the worst nights and some of the best days. i could say this sentiment abt a lot of mcr and solo albums tbh bc i am fucked up, but there were moments where this album saved my life. ray and his music, his focus on positivity and love, are such a light in this world and for me.
