This beautiful porcelain doll turned 3 today...there were too many emotions running through this mama’s head to process or act on. Katiana is my last baby. I’ve just finished potty training her, so there are no longer diapers in my house. These are just a couple of thoughts that I touched on throughout the day. All I can say is thank you. Thank you to the heavens for the blessings I have and for this amazing addition to our family. The one who constantly challenges my patience and “expertise” as a mama. Sailing in San Diego, sign me up. Most of our mini vaca was spent with me “willing away” a stomach bug and searching around for some cool kiddo goodies (kazoos and glow slime). But, it was nice to sneak away for one day and have a mommy + daddy day. Although it was my first time on a sail boat and although I was quite ill, I couldn’t help but feel the exhilaration this activity brought. This is definitely something we will introduce the kids to. I can’t wait to share these experiences with them. Monday Mantra...my babies are with me wherever I go and are present in whatever I chose to do. The majority of our mini escape was spent “willing away” a stomach bug but I still wanted to enjoy as much as I could. My first time in a sail boat, I was hooked.
