lol I think we all know I have no problem writing for any RC characters. Charlie Walker has made it to the finals twice but still hasn't been the character picked for me to write a series on. So close, yet so far. So yes I would totally write for Charlie Walker.

Sure :) ngl it was really difficult not to get distracted by his sexy voice lol. so thank you for giving me a reason to listen to his part again :D

As for the reasons why GC was shortened, he didn't really say anything specific. He said that the book is also experimental, so people assume it was one of the reasons (as well as ratings) but 🤷

He defended Vlad (the owner of RC) by saying that "when Vlad saw the fandom's reaction he texted Dmitry a couple of hours later and asked if he (Dmitry) liked the reaction, "are you happy with the result, that there are so many fans of GC"". Dmitry said that Vlad supported the book throughout the whole way, he's a great person and he's jealous of his working efficiency.

Dmitry said that since the book is modular, it would have been fine to shorten it to two seasons bur now with three seasons he'll be able to tell everything he planned. "Perhaps someday it will be possible to make the forth season but who knows, we'll see". For now the story is about to have 3 seasons.

(about the fact that people used the phrases from GC (like "Gladiators will fight for you") in their campaigns for the book to get the 3rd season): "This is cool that some thoughts from the book find their reflections in people's lives. And the fact that the fandom showed such unity is so cool; it means that we are all growing, and the values and principles that we try to put in our stories, are working and this is cool"

When being asked if he could go back and change anything, what would he change, he said since he is a novice in visual novels, of course, he would've done some things differently if he had more experience. For example, in the first chapter he sometimes described what was going on in the background art and now he wouldn't do it (cause it's a game not a book).

He likes that the story pushes people to make art (visual art, fanfiction, etc) :D

He was also pleasantly surprised by the fandom's reactions about GC being shortened, and said that we all are very cool.

In the end he said that "computer games and mobile games are a mix of business and art. We, writers, make art and the executives have to make sure that the company works in long-term to create that art. So I'd like to say that some things (decisions about shortening the books) do not happen just like that". Dmitry again said that Vlad is a great person and it offends him when people blame Vlad for everything. He is a very sympathetic and understanding person.

Are robots common in the rocket chip universe?

Even though RC takes place in a space city, technology isn't that much more advanced than what we have on earth! Besides the stuff related to space travel of course.

Humanoid robots are very common, but they're just standard programmed machines designed to do a specific task and say a few phrases at most. It's a novelty thing. A robot having emotions at all is unheard of.

Rocket is relatively new to space travel, and is such a social recluse she has no idea how unusual Chip really is. Anyone else would find them VERY creepy. Like if you were carrying around a tamagotchi or a furby and it suddenly tried having full on conversations with you.

o.o Well this was something I was not expecting?

I don’t know what about RC you don’t like Nonny, but fair enough because not everything will be for everyone.

If I’m honest, I’d actually miss RC if it shut down. I particularly like the books and how well written most of them and their characters are. As well as it’s one of the better apps in my opinion, since users can get more diamonds for free with such ease.

But nonny there has been an update regarding RC while I checked out Reddit.

To the best of what I understood from all the comments, yes there is issues with payments from Google being processed in the Russian Federation. HOWEVER! It seems this will only be affecting Russian residents as other users outside of Russia have tried to purchase tea and diamonds.

RC did find a way to get around it somehow for any Russian residents but the site is in Russian, and I can’t translate it all on my phone. So here is the link for anyone.
