For safety and the public good, #RCCC is officially postponed until fall of 2021. . And you know, for artists like myself that make a great deal of their annual income working shows, this all boils down to more than just lost sales. With multiple high dollar table/booth fees tied up and left in the air until sales can be made, the compounding investments are adding up. It’s been rough, y’all. Still, I’m counting my blessings in these difficult and uncertain times. . More than ever I find myself reaching for stories and myths about hope. I remind myself of the dark places I’ve been and the things I’ve survived. If there’s anything I have faith in, it is my own resilience.
