February Recap
I ran 76.5 miles (not counting active recovery miles) in February. I’m pretty happy with this amount, considering it contains two step-back weeks in training and the beginning of my taper. I do wish I had lost more weight, but ehhh oh well. Not every month is a good month. I lost just 2.4 lbs over the past 30 days. Of course, I ate like crap all last week. I know why I didn’t lose that much…
