Thinking about starting a "Factory"...

I want to start something akin to The Factory of the Warhol acclaim. A bunch of artists, genuinely art-minded people, get together and make art. Discuss art, produce art, create and design. Work as a group to make art happen in the world by either encouraging individual artists and givng them showcase, or by collarborating and using many minds to create it.
