Hi anon! I've had a few ideas over the years.
Erwin
He and Reader trade book suggestions often. He gives her some title about schools of philosophy, and she says he ought to try a mystery novel. They'll use reading together as a form of aftercare or a way to wind down before going to bed.
He's probably the most sappy. Especially when he's tired or drunk. He could start a tangent about Reader's beauty that wouldn't stop until someone interrupted him.
He's the most likely to buy gifts for Reader. One of the greatest advantages of discovering more nations after the war is the diversity of gifts he could find that remind him of her.
He likes to host and his home is used the most often for the four to meet. It's only spruced up and furnished pleasantly because Reader stepped in to help (Erwin's a tidy man, but he didn't usually devote time to decor. She brought his home from a generic living space to an actual sanctuary).
Although the foursome agrees to destroy evidence of their relationship, Erwin has held onto Reader's letter of promotion (see: promoted) and keeps it in the bottom drawer of his desk. Sometimes he sees it when rifling through the drawer and relives the sexy memories.
Levi
He's not physically affectionate but he makes up for it in other ways. When he's not topping, he's serving: cleaning up, pouring a glass of water, etc. Getting chores done and running errands is his form of showing appreciation.
Fairly often, he becomes Reader's pseudo-roommate. He doesn't have his own house and he doesn't want to stay in the same wing as the other senior officers, so he finds Reader's room and stays there during the night. He won't sleep much, but it's quieter than anywhere else.
Tangentially to that, he likes to stand watch. He wants to be the person Reader can safely fall asleep beside, and the person that makes sure nobody disturbs her.
He and Reader use fitness as their way of spending time together. They'll train on ODM gear, partially because Levi insists on Reader staying strong and partially because he likes how she looks in the ODM harness.
Miche
Like in AoT Junior High, I do think Miche greatly enjoys cooking. The trio probably wasn't expecting to gain an incredible chef when Miche joined the dynamic, but they're pleased about it.
(so Erwin hosts, Miche cooks, and Levi cleans. it's a convenient little arrangement)
I also always wrote Miche as the most "boyfriend" of the three. He'd be the one Reader is most likely to share hobbies with or go out for non-kinky reasons.
Similarly, he's fairly affectionate. Erwin uses words and Levi completes tasks, but Miche is physical and cuddly with his affection. If he wants Reader to know that he misses her, he'll hold her for hours on end.
He wants Reader to indulge often as well. Whereas the other two might suggest curfews or limits on indulgences, Miche finds more pleasure in participating alongside Reader rather than governing her. Whether that be snacking, taking time off, or even drinking (see: Drinking on Duty), he's pretty excited about being Reader's partner in crime.
