I'm tired of this censorship bullshit and the folks that didn't abandon this sinking ship are as well. The shit didn't make sense either cause all nsfw wasn't the reason this cesspool got kicked off the app store. You should know why by since everyone and their mom has explained it already (you idiots are still on the Google Play store where you're labeled "mature 17+" so anyone who downloads it now, knows that this place isn't rated E for everyone.) Coulda made a system to take out the actual problem instead of throwing everyone under the bus.

There's still decent shit around here but it's not the same. Your job as a company is the create and maintain a product that satisfies the customer.

Fics that Zen Loves: From the Ashes

There’s a post floating around here I’ve seen a few times asking if anyone has read fanfiction that’s equal to or better than published works.

Without a doubt, From the Ashes falls under that category. 

I knew starting it that both tarysande and w0rdinista were incredibly talented writers, but working together, they produce absolute magic.

From the Ashes is a post-DA2 epic, detailing the lives of our known crew in the wake of the Kirkwall Chantry’s explosion. They take our known and beloved characters and make them even more rich and lovable; they become even more real, every sentence spoken being in their familiar voices. The scenery and locations are vivid, and the newly introduced characters are so well-established that you forget they weren’t part of Bioware’s world. Most importantly, the relationship between their Hawkes, Kiara and Amelle, is the picture of kinship in such a way that I can believe that their respective writers are like sisters. 

There aren’t enough positive words in the dictionary for From the Ashes. All I can say is this:

Read it.

Read it!
