Uhm... I guess I would divide the books in genres. And then take it from one end of the shelf to the other depending on the genre I want to read. Or, more likely, I would just pick up a book depending on my mood.
You’re halfway through a book and you’re just not loving it. Do you quit or are you committed?
I quit. Maybe not intentionally and I may pick it up again, but I will most likely quit.
The end of the year is coming and you’re so close, but so far away on your Goodreads reading challenge. Do you try to catch up and how?
By reading more and pick up thin books that's easy read. (But that day will most likely never come.)
The covers of a series you love do. not. match. How do you cope?
If I own them all I have to ignore it. If not I will look in second hand book shops and find the old covers. If it's halfway through a series I will have to ignore it or be stubborn and not buy the end of the series.
Everyone and their mother loves a book you really don’t like. Who do you bond with over shared feelings?
I don't. I will try and find someone by tumblr or so, but I don't know that many people who read. I may complain to my sister, though.
You’re reading a book and you are about to start crying in public. How do you deal?
I close the book, find a Kleenex and hide my face behind my hair till I have to pick up the book again. But I will fight the tears and ignore it.
A sequel of a book you loved just came out, but you’ve forgotten a lot from the prior novel. Will you re-read the book?
Yes. Unfortunately.
You do not want anyone. ANYONE. borrowing your books. How do you politely tell people nope when they ask?

I try to read a favourite or I pick up a book I've waited on.
There are so many new books coming out that you’re dying to read! How many do you actually buy?
I buy books gradually as I read books and find new ones.
After you’ve bought the new books you can’t wait to get to, how long do they sit on your shelf before you get to them?
Preferable not so long. The last couple of months I've bought books without reading them, but I try to start them as soon as I buy them.
