So I'm writing a review for Giovanni's Room, and I dropped this fucking bar of a line: "Love does not always give us the ending we desire from its beginnings".
I've never wrecked myself so hard before.
Time for me to go to bed.

my most trusted news source 😻
Our reporters are very grateful for your review. They would like to thank everyone who made this possible. Their moms, their cats and pet fish, first and foremost.
They also wonder if more positive reviews will convince management to raise their salary above 1.5$ per month. Please. No, they will not send another request to the administration. Last time they did it got eaten by a wild hamster.
Kind regards,
Nevermore fakenews
"I read this book with a lump in my throat nearly the whole time. There’s something so quietly universal about being young, but thinking you aren’t. About picking people who know how young you are, how badly you want to be treated otherwise and preying on you. Making you think it was you that handed them the key to your undoing. We all have someone who fucked us up before we had learned how to pick up the pieces. I love this book for the many ways I felt tied to the characters and all the things I learned from them, too. A gorgeous story surrounding the Arab-American experience." -Goodreads user on BETWEEN TWO MOONS
Having my dash mostly be your fiction stuff is absolutely killing me sgdfdhj, with the best ones idk if I want to be the reader or their partner more
Hope you're doing well<3
🤭🤭🤭 I'm glad you're enjoying it so much! I've been a little busy lately but I'm trying to write a little more
I kept seeing Pumpkin Night on your page and finally gave it a read.
My god, what a wild trip I went on.
The art is fantastic as well as the kills there’s no denying that. But, yeaaaaaaah. The plot could use some work. (And that’s without going into the horror that is the translation).
The story plot was great right up until PQ comes back. I was cool with her coming back, but to me, that’s when the plot was starting to go down. And the amount of fake outs was unreal.
They lost me a lot of times there after but I was rooting for our two lovebirds to the very end.
So I would still recommend to anyone who likes some good gore and revenge story. But, let it be worn, the story derails a lot of the times
But, either way, thank you for all your recommendations. I followed you a long time ago to get into horror manga(it’s thanks to you I got into Ou-sama’s Game, Dissolving Classroom and Frankie Fran and many other more). It’s really nice to see you back and I look forward to getting back into horror manga. (I was always too scared watch horror movies in general, so manga truly was the next best thing for me)
I'm currently reading 3 series at the same time - so I haven't gotten to that part yet. However, I did come across spoilers about her coming back later - which seemed bizarre. I really liked the first few chapters, but like you, I’m not sure how I’ll feel about the later parts.
That said, I really love this mangaka. He has created a lot of great horror manga and I wish more of his works would get scanlated or published. My favorites from him are still Emerging and Freak Island (this one is really, really brutal - I had to take breaks while reading it).
Thanks for sticking around all this time, and I’m really happy that my recommendations helped you get into horror manga.
As I am getting ever-closer to finishing the First Draft of Tylvinian Tales: The Wolf's Den...
This is my official call for readers!
People who have already read the available chapters, people who would be willing to, people who have been meaning to but haven't gotten to it yet, all are welcome.
You can find the story here on wattpad: https://www.wattpad.com/1435263399-tylvinian-tales-the-wolf%27s-den-chapter-1-dance
Or here on AO3: https://archiveofourown.org/works/50774143/chapters/128261692
What I am looking for:
Review and critique. What seems lacking, what feels missing, what do you think is overused or ignored? Looking for as wide an audience as possible for this, from as many corners of writeblr as possible, so I can get a variety of viewpoints.
Who I am looking for:
Anyone! Anyone and everyone. All are welcome to offer their views and opinions. But if you're looking for what the content is, look no further than...
About the story:
Tylvinian Tales: The Wolf's Den is the first in a 10-book anthology series detailing the lives of various residents of the city of Tylvin. The series is set in a world of anthropomorphic beings known as Sentients, specifically in a country called Ferus. The Wolf's Den focuses on Ryder Trayson and his efforts to navigate life, love, and his increasing involvement in the darker sides of his home town. It can best be defined as romantic slice-of-life with elements of crime. It also includes a diverse cast of LGBT individuals, with Ryder himself being bisexual, with his found family consisting of David Seltz, a homoflexible male, Trace Parker who is trans masc, Moss Seltz, who is non-binary, and Davina Seltz, who is omnisexual. Be aware, strong language and, at times, slurs are used, as well as there being heavy violence described in varying levels of detail, from mild to extremely graphic. Also features some sexual themes and scenes.
How long until the story is complete:
I am writing Chapter 15 as we speak, and there are a total of 20 chapters planned. I'm less than 2 weeks away from finishing the First Draft in it's entirety if I maintain this pace, or less than 4 weeks away if I slow down and account for off-days.
Ok, this is my face the entire time through Yoongi’s chapter of Collateral. I just wanted to leave this here for you to see my shock. Yoongi and Namjoon are my absolute favorites
I love everything about this story. I will say I don’t trust Seokjin. His character gives me snake vibes. I am happy Jimin wakes up, but I am concerned about the mc and how her storyline is going to turn out how that she is in Taiwan. I may end up re reading it. I am very worried about Yoongi though. I feel as though he is on more of a path of self destruction and I hope it all works out in the end. I love the way you explained how he was going through his own emotional turmoil. It was beautifully written.
Thanks for such a great story and I can’t wait to read more in the future. Sending lots of love.
DES!!! thank you!!! 🥺🥺🥺
i love Yoongi and Namjoon so much, and you are right........there are demons inside that man, and he needs to exorcise them before things will continue to work in his favor (if that's how we can even view the events that have taken place over the course of this story.............lololol.)
i hope that the ending i have in mind comes through well and that you enjoy the very stressful process of reaching that point. 💜💜💜 i wish there was a magic serum i could inject to force me to write the remaining chapters right this minute, because i have been holding it in for too long and i feel ready to explode lmao.
THANK YOU FOR READING!!!! i appreciate the really kind comments and messages, despite taking a while to respond. 🥰🥰🥰
