Friendly Reminder

If you happen to visit AO3 today and read a fic make sure before you leave you give the author a kudos. Trust me they will appreciate it!

Also if you are thinking about going to AO3 and have a favorite author give them a kudos as well to let them know you love what they do. It will make their day!

Plus, if you weren't thinking about AO3 but you might be looking for something fun to read, head on over and give an author a kudos! It will be the best gift you can give for their efforts (aside from a comment if you feel so inclined to do so!)!!!!

what is good feedback on work? how am i meant to word is… please!! i have so many thoughts and so little structure </3

Hello my darling!! I will say this: there is no BAD way to give feedback. So please don't stress yourself out about feedback.

A like is great. A reaction gif or a reblog with a heart is lovely if you don't want to say much. Most readers here aren't really commenting much anymore, so anything is better than nothing, and will make writers feel awesome even if it's as simple as "I love this story" or "I can't wait for the next chapter."

Personally, I feel like it's "next level" or particularly amazing feedback when people say specifically what they liked, or how they felt while reading, etc. Anything that tells the writer what they did well is just fantastic.

for frozen veggies : if u can get those frozen mixed corn/pea/carrot bags they go good in fried rice! i do garlic or onion > veggies>rice>egg (if u happen to have any meat it can go in before the veggies to boost taste-a little goes a long way, especially if its leftovers that are already seasoned)

If you cant get the frozen mixed veggies you can still just chop up carrots and corn and use them the same way

Pro tip, kids: Don’t ask random authors to write stories for you. Especially if you haven’t even read their fic first.

This is good advice. On the flip side: if you give authors compliments, they will probably fill any prompt you want. 💗
