I don’t know about y’all but quarantine has absolutely devastated my reading. Generally I can read between 5-10 books a month. I think I’d read about 5 books all together in March and April. I only read 2 books in April, which is the lowest number of reads for me since ever. I started off May reading my favorite series from teenage years. And it’s really helping. But honestly, I don’t really have brain capacity for anything else right now, and I’m sad about it.

Y’all it’s story time because I’m absolutely ROLLING.
So a few years ago, my mom let me get End of Watch by Stephen king (I wanted to get IT but she wouldn’t let me, but I wanted a Stephen king book so I settled with that one)
Little to my knowledge, I would HATE the book.
I couldn’t finish it, maybe it was my little pea 6th grade brain that couldn’t comprehend the book. But I thought it was such a boring book, I couldn’t finish it. (No offense if anyone likes the book that’s cool)
So I decided to look it up because I wanted to look at the genre. And y’all know me, I’m absolutely TERRIBLE with genre.
Fun fact about me, I hate mystery books. So I was seeing if it was a mystery, trying to discover why I hated the book so much, thinking it was the genre.
I found out that not only was it a crime fiction (which to me doesn’t seem very interesting of a genre)
But what I also found out:
It’s the third book in a trilogy.
This is the second time this has happened.
I’m actually wheezing, why does this always happen to me?
NO WONDER I HATED THE BOOK!
TL;DR I’m stupid and once again accidentally read the third book of a trilogy without even knowing that it was a trilogy or ever hearing about it.

5 Bad Reading Habits and How to Break Them
I think we can all agree that reading is a joyous time for us all and we’ve all got enough experience under our belts to basically be considered professionals. However, that doesn’t mean that bad habits don’t form over time. (more…)
