Hello people so today I brought another kissa for our reading riders 🚴 No excuses for fitness 💪 Whatever is your goal, fitness activities always works like a charm. As for me I don't exactly remember when was the last day I took a complete day off from fitness activities. As I'm mostly indulged in cycling as a sport I do emphasize on consistency. I ride every single day without fail mostly are practise, some are commutes, some are just rides for supplies, to explore, to be free from worries. . Today in the attached pic if you can see the timing these are after 5pm. These two days I was very busy and bit tired too due to working on my agricultural fields 👨🌾 and today too was biking 🏍️ 300kms for some work. But as soon as I reached home finishing tasks in eve I don't know when it comes to cycling what drags me but I just ride and feels awesome. Today I attained my maximum avg speed on single speed it's wonderful to see gradual increase in performance 🔥🚴 . So yeah if consistency is kept surely results comes sooner or later. & It's never too late to start please be engaged and be regular in any type of fitness activity of your choice. The tough times also taught us there is nothing more important than our own health and wellbeing.
