Reader is actually the true leader of the Lost Light pod since everyone listens and respects her. She does not know this but it's a well known fact among the mers.
Headcannon excepted. Poor reader had so many responsibilities and she doesn’t even know about them. XD Rodimus does more of the actual tasks of leading but readers starting to wonder why she’s always being asked so many questions about the Pod. Your in the Pod??? Stop asking her things she’s working.
