The ultimate guide to the vegan lifestyle for young people featuring facts tips and over 50 delicious simple recipes. . . I have been looking forward to to reading this and trying out the recipes as I would like to alternate some of my weekly meals with vegan and did not know how to do that. This is a very well presented book which is clear and concise in its explanation of veganism and is instantly appealing to children and clueless adults such as myself 😊 . . I have also been reliably told the sausage and bean bake is excellent and I am looking forward to trying out the the fritters, pasta pots and yummy looking chocolate dessert 🥰 .
