Sleepy Spell Studies Working hard to keep up with magic studies... perhaps maybe a little bit too hard

Ahhh this was so much fun to work on! You know I'm enjoying an artwork's vibe when it has a detailed background AND full shading! There's also a few tiny Easter Eggs amongst the books! Also yes I very much have a new favourite character to add to my list, prepare to see more of this funky fellow! I always end up gravitating towards the nichest of characters I swear LOL

Is it created by a human artist? Or AI?

Personally, I say it falls under both categories. 📷🎨🍊

I can make a good educated guess without doing any research or background digging on this image. Both the amount of fine detail and composition decisions that makes up this image reveals it’s originally a photograph. The food had to be prepared and arranged for an appealing placement, along with proper lighting before being photographed. So possibly one or two artists worked to capture this still life. Then the artist(s) or someone else put it through an AI filter for it to look like an illustration. You can see the very minor imperfections in how the AI tried to interpret the still life in the photograph. That’s my conclusion.

What makes me sad about AI Art in general is how it’s degrading “real” human artist’s talent. There are very talented “human” illustrators in existence today that can create artwork far better than in the image above. AI Art is a straight Copout and Insult to true Artistry! It can only duplicate what has already been done. Many current & upcoming artists have had their artwork or art style stole by AI Art developers. These are mainly individual hackers and programmers. Greed, sincerely, pushes out any room for moral integrity in the human heart! 😖 Terrible, but very true.

End the AI Art Trend!!!

Shhh, he's sleeping... Somewhat of a continuation from my last post, part of the same fic scene! Geno gets tired for the first time in his life, but luckily, he's got his friends to lean on... literally! Side note for anyone curious about the fic, first of all, I appreciate that! Een introductie van mijn Efteling OC Parodie, in de stijl van de officiële Maak Kennis Met pagina's van de Efteling zelf! - Naam: Parodie Leeftijd: 15 Quintjaren Is bang voor: Complete stilte, volgens mij betekent dat zelden iets goeds Woont in: Mijn Symphoniekamer Eet heel graag: Pannenkoeken met fruit Heeft een hekel aan: Ongeïnteresseerd publiek Is supergoed in: Improviseren, zowel tijdens optredens als daarbuiten! Lievelingsplek in de Efteling: Bij de Aquanura Brengt graag tijd door met: Pardijn en Pardoes

Vroeger reisde ik rond om sprookjes en verhalen te zingen. Nu maak ik van verhalen hele shows voor het Hartenhof en daarbuiten! Met alles erop en eraan; kostuums, acteren, zingen, dansen, u zegt het maar! Maar mijn favoriete onderdeel blijft toch muziek. Met mijn toverstaf kan ik hele orkestmuziek zo uit de lucht toveren. Welk sprookjesmuziek is jou favoriet? - Ik heb geprobeerd de officiële tekenstijl een beetje na te maken, wat best moeilijk is aangezien die digitaal is en ik op papier werk, maar het was leuk om te doen en ik ben blij met het resultaat! Favourite spot in the Efteling: By the Aquanura Likes spending time with: Pardijn and Pardoes Back in the day, I travelled around singing fairytales and stories. Now I turn stories into entire shows for the Court of Hearts and beyond! With everything included: costumes, acting, singing, dancing, you name it! But my favourite part will always be music. With my wand I magically pull music out of thin air! What fairytale song is your favourite? - I tried mimicking the official artstyle a bit, which is quite a challenge considering the original is digital and I'm a traditional artist, but it was fun to do and I really like the result! I am so not used to posting in Dutch anymore lol

Some sprite redraws! These were very fun to do, expressions are so much fun to draw and I don't think Geno gets enough credit for how expressive he is! Sure, he can be a cool collected badass, but he's also an expressive dork, and we love him for it!

A whole page of Evening Star! (Close-ups below the cut) Some character and lore related Evening Star art! - Evening Star hardly ever works in silence, and can usually be found singing, humming, listening to or making music while doing tasks. She knows and enjoys a variety of planetary skills, including cooking, sewing (making plushies is a favourite of hers), drawing, and dancing. - The crate of stuff in which Evening Star found her doll (and also, her hat). The note reads: "NOT trash, do not throw out! - Will be brought to thrift shop tomorrow". - Evening Star doesn't eat a whole lot, as she prefers sleeping to regain her energy. She does however realy enjoy the flavours of food! Savoury and salty are her favourites, her least favourite being anything too sweet. She also prefers dry foods only, with the exception of boullion. Her favourite is salty pretzels! - A timeline of Evening Star's evolution in her new body! Since the doll she chose was mostly unfinished, it was pretty much up to her how she wanted it to look. With the help of the innkeepers she lives with, she gained new clothes and painted details! All OCs can be found under the "acatty ocs" tag!

"PUT ME DOWN!"

Yesterday during @missd476's stream I added her Donovan to the paperdoll collection! He uh, seems very thrilled about that, totally! Also the little voiceover of Donovan demanding to be put down made me laugh so hard, it still makes me chuckle when I think about it!
