This was a fun experiment/riff off of a Sesame Daiquiri! 2 1/4 oz - Light Rum 3/4 oz - lime juice 1/2 oz - simple syrup 1/4 oz - tahini 3/4 oz - aquafaba -Dry Shake aquafaba, lime juice, simple and tahini to froth. Add rum and ice and shake til cold.
