The Brits may be all reservedness upfront but really they’re a fekin hyperbolic and intense bunch of people.  I’ve been watching tons of old Time Team episodes and after hearing what must have been the 30th reference to a point in time known only as “Doomsday” I googled it. 

It’s a frickin land census, sure an old one 1086 and a massive one but these people call a census Doomsday!

btw it’s spelled “Domesday” which also proves not to trust the Brits on spelling or pronunciation.

Reading the comments by English football fans, and they're writing off Italy, saying that we're "nothing to be afraid of", and thinking they actually have a chance against us.

Lol pls. Keep on dreaming.

And keep on prattling about '66, which is the only time your team has won a trophy at a major tournament, and you won with the refs' help too.

Can't wait for Saturday when we run rampant against England's Mourinho inspired anti-football, and actually shut the people who don't watch anything besides the Premier League up.
