A good rule of thumb when you’re working out is to try and eat 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight! For example @realdealmada here is around 280 pounds, which means he needs to be eating 280 grams of protein per day! We always preach that you should eat as much REAL food as you can but we understand sometimes it’s hard to get your protein in, and that’s when shakes become handy.
