REASONS TO BE FIT:
to always feel energized/have more energy
to prove to myself that I am capable
to be proud of my hard work
to have my physical strength reflect my inner strength
to see myself grow mentally and physically
to honor my body
to have some “me” time
to beat my own limits/ [step out of my comfort zone]
to take care of my body so it will, in return, take care of me
for the natural high
because I don’t want to give up on my health before it gives up on mebecause I deserve to be taken care of
because it gives me a sense of pride in myself
because my dream body is my actual, [healthy] body
because endorphins are more effective than any drug
because it inspires me to make other healthy choices
because when you look back, you will be thankful you started
because my body is the single best investment I have ever made
because the gym is my escape
because I’m worth it
because working out makes me feel better than any human being ever has
because it’s time to do something for me
because I now have a better understanding of my own body and appreciation for it
because I owe it to myself/for myself
