Hahaha I know the feeling. I started “3 Words” when the S9 trailer aired and “Complicated” is a fic present for @colepaldi-in-the-tardis that I promised her months ago. But hey, they’re there and they’re cute. . . and still unfinished.

I would probably suggest agents as then at least it gets handled. Hell know what the BBC might do with it. They cant handled there own damn post!
apparently according to what janescoot59 said above, it takes almost same time to be handled to him... but honestly agents are more trustworthy, cause it’s in their contact, it’s their responsibility to handle the actors their fanmails and stuff... and when we heard he’d seen it, it was July... and also in July, the person who sent our package got the personal reply from him...
so i’ll stick with the agents ;)
