Teen Review Tuesday: The Backstagers Vol 1: Rebels Without Applause by James Tynion IV
Here’s a review from Nathaly:
In this book, a boy named Jory moved to a new school. He doesn’t have anything to do after school since he is a bit antisocial. He went to try and join a club, but it didn’t work out. He then found another room and discovered the Backstagers. He started to make friends with them, then they have so much fun.
When I first saw this book, I was very attracted by it. It was very colorful and pretty. It has amazing visuals and drawings. It has a great storyline, and it’s very cool. I would definitely recommend this book to teenagers who like funny and colorful books!
