Great chicken chili recipe! Here's my modifications. I used low sodium rotel and full sodium taco seasoning. I also added low sodium adobo and two packets of Sazon. Also it def did not need 6 hours on high. I cooked it for 5 hours on high, starting with frozen chicken and I still thought it may have been a bit over cooked. The other change was I used boneless, skinless, chicken thighs instead of breasts, it may add a bit more points. I calculated 7 points instead of 5. I think it is worth it.
