what's everyone's (interns) most hated kind of accident/problem to have to clean up after
And that's not even mentioning the maulings, chemical explosions, crush accidents, electrocutions, and the fact some labs have landmines.

Does anyone have a copy of Dr. Seal's NHS prescription guidelines for testosterone? My GP has suddenly started saying I need monthly blood tests for absolutely no reason (my current dosage is fine/I'm not having my dosage altered, I've been on T 10 months) but I can't for the life of me find the prescription guideline sheet that I should have.
I don’t have Dr Seal’s guidance to hand, but there should be a copy in your medical records, and/or you should be able to get a new copy from the GIC if you phone and ask. In the meantime, there are two documents here with information: page 7 of this document and page 41 of this document both cover monitoring, and both specify 6 monthly.
Any followers who have access to the CHX hormone documents?

There's also this document written by Dr Seal.

For ppl concerned about waiting times for T letters to be sent to their GP: when I had my 2nd appointment at CHX, Dr Lorimer hand-wrote a short recommendation letter which I took to my GP who was happy to prescribe me Sustanon based on that, basically negating any waiting for the typed letter to be sent (it took FIVE MONTHS for them to get the typed letter to my GP). I have no idea if this is something that's done often, but it could be worth asking about if it's not outright offered
Thanks for sharing!

reckingstacks replied to your post “i used to not think about money cuz my dad would do all the grocery...”
off the top of my head, some common things on my grocery list: kiwis are 59p now (for a bag of 6), a melon is like £1.70, bananas are 68p/kilo, sweet potatoes are £1.25 for a kilo, uhhh when strawberries are in season it's £2 for 400g, same w/ other berries. grapes are £2 for 500g. pears are £2/kilo. frozen veg is cheap as FUCK. basically everything I eat is 50p/portion or less, per individual Fruit Species consumed
holy fuck. okay so you know how the british pound is roughly 1.5 american dollars? yeah so literally add about 1.5 to all those prices and those would actually be the regular prices here. so like grapes are about $3/bag, bananas are $1.99/lb....like its just awful

this is still fucking wild to me icb how fucking expensive fruit n veg is in the US. u would think it would be cheaper since u can probably grow a lot more in the country (like we cant grow any exotic fruit ourselves & a lot of our shit is seasonal and/or imported) but my US friends could not believe how cheap fruit was here vs at home
the us can literally grow any exotic fruit or vegetable save for a few extremes i think like i dont think we can grow kiwi or dragonfruit and certain weird ass veggies but like the normal fruits?????? apples, oranges, pears, all berries, even bananas and pineapples down south, can be grown fucking anywhere. like i didn’t even buy organic!!!! i bought the cheapest stuff!!! its not that i was buying like junk food before but my bill was cheaper without adding any produce. like im going grocery shopping later and im trying to plan out now what i need and what i can go without all because i want to eat better.
