i got lucky and got a different fruit my first trip and bamboo the second. since then i’ve been on like 6-8 more and haven’t found anything but my island’s fruit over and over again.

You'll get it eventually. It took me like 7 visits before I ended up on an island that had different fruit. I've yet to find the bamboo island though. Here's to hoping ����

It’s happening to me too! On my first save (reset for new fruit) I was getting really cool islands and found a bamboo one, by this save I haven’t seen any of the other islands other than ones that have my same fruit or cedar trees :(

my first 2 trips i had different fruit and villagers i invited to my island just fine. i did get the bamboo island from there it’s all the same or cherries which..i already have so..neat.

also, i read somewhere that new villagers will not appear on the islands to invite if you do not have room for any on your island.

i’m not sure! probably crazy little thing called love, because that’s one of the ones i’ve known the longest.

It’s so strange to feel anxious but not afraid

I almost let myself forget the sound of the drums

It’s time. Time to move. There’s a call that needs answering

This drum has successfully beckoned me several times already

And yet this time it’s different

For the first time the desperate need for exploration is not about geography, it’s about soul work.

The gps coordinates are optional this time around. This is all about presence and routine. 

3 weeks from now, I don’t have a place to live, no income and no savings

I am hurling myself into the arms of the universe at lightning speeds

Peering over the edge, strong winds blowing on my face and in my hair

Everything feels the same, but different and it will drastically change even more

Few things have turned out as I planned, or hoped

Yet I'm still not afraid. Still recklessly optimistic 

Which will be manifested? Which will come to light?

Will the anxiety that I carry cause enough hesitation that I prevent myself from taking a full big leap. Will I wobble and therefore fail. Or am I better for having even ventured to the other side?
