My refeed days have been refeed long weekends since my last #physiqueupdate five weeks ago, so my body weight hasn't changed, even though my lower abs are starting to make an appearance. I recomped (gained muscle and lost fat at the same time) for the first few years of my training, only switching to traditional #bulkingandcutting phases three years ago.
