Sooooo I should have posted these on Monday. But I didn't. I've been in a rut lately and even the thought of posting is a bit much. So I kinda stopped... Physique update ๐ช - Still sitting around 151lbs. - Had to take a bit of a step back the last couple weeks with food to give my digestive system a little break, but ready to get back at it. - Eating has become quite the chore. Iโm rarely hungry for actual food anymore but Iโm hungry AF for progress ๐ช - If you want something bad enough, you will find a way to make it happen. - It wonโt be easy or quick, but if you keep putting in the work, you will get there. - If you are feeling discouraged with things right now: I feel ya, I get discouraged too. Iโm not a machine. Iโve had moments where I feel like giving up just like anyone else but Iโve made it clear to myself that giving up is not an option. - Feeling down and discouraged sucks. But these feelings will come and go. One week into my 30 Day Challenge and I have to say I feel great!! Just a little update on how I am looking physique wise. So let's break down what I am doing: -Intermittent fasting. I stop eating around 8p.m but I usually don't have my first meal u til anywhere between 11a.m and 1p.m. but that all depends on the work day. I drink coffee and water and then break.mt fast with a healthy breakfast. But sometimes I slack off and just use a protein bar. Not the beat but sometimes I forget to make food and I'm in a rush. So I use protein bars and protein shakes. -working out 6 days a week. Coaching grit 3x a week, and teaching LIFT 1x a week. I do added cardio 3-4 days a week but some weeks I may only do extra 1-2x. Life happens. Its okay. -loosely tracking. I try snd stay at a certain calorie and protein amount for each day and just loosely track it in my fitness pal just so that I stay on top of it and don't under eat or over eat So that's my little update for you.
