This is Recon 6.

A member of the Octarian Army, Recon’s abysmal combat record and constant disciplines landed her a swift transfer to a research facility tucked away in the corner of Octo Valley. Continually denied any actual reconnaissance missions, it slowly became apparent that she was doomed to desk work for quite possibly the rest of her career. This is why she is known simply as ‘Recon 6′ to the base’s personnel, as a sort of mock nickname. If that’s not clear, her reputation has not made her popular. Recon ends up being privy to some shady dealings between the base and a certain Inkling black marketeer, which coincidentally leads to her first encounter with Inkling kind.
