A Valco build made under several labels, this was a high-end amp in its day. Missing the upper back panel, replaced with screen at some point. Good chance it was tossed, not lost. it was a stylish, but almost solid panel, vented as you see in what is left, it had to cook tubes. 2 6L6, 12″. Since you sat behind your amp in the big band, the controls are on the backside top and thoughtfully light up. Really terrific sound, as expected from a Valco.
