Behind The Scenes Story!
I was in my room, editing this video. I was almost done, the final product was exporting and then I realized...wow, this painting process looks
effortless.
But it was not! It really was not!
I took no breaks to finish this illustration in time for Christmas. I redraw the lineart six times. Painted the lips four and painted the hair twice. At the end, my hand was numb and my eyes where red.
So, I tought: I don't want people to think this was
effortless.
It took a lot of effort, actually. And I used to feel a bit bad when I watched other people speedpaintings, until I started recording my own and I realized that you can see the process, but not the blood, sweat, tears, coffees, cramps and crossed eyes that are behind a final product.
So, I decided to write this post, so that you know that nothing looks that easy in real life. 😘😘
