This. We have a wonderful trash collection service here in Amsterdam, where you have to make an appointment for the city trash collectors to come pick up your non-day to day trash. It's a free service. You can call them, or book it through the city website. The information is available in multiple languages. And let's face it, if you're able to afford living here, it's HIGHLY unlikely that language nor computer literacy problems are an issue. This is 99,9% a case of assholish "I don't give a fuck, others are there to clean after me".
