Arthur Morgan
he‘d make sure you‘re warm (he usually doesn‘t have any blankets or pelts in his tent but the second you‘re sick and cold you could practically drown in blankets)
Arthur would get you medicine that could help and he doesn‘t care how long the way is (You‘re currently near Valentine but the best Doctor is in Saint Denis? Well I guess he‘ll just make a ‘short‘ trip to the bustling city he oh so dislikes)
He doesn‘t care about getting sick. He‘d much rather cuddle with you and hold you cold be damned
Depending on how high the fever is he wouldn‘t allow you to leave the tent (brings you water and food and everything you could want just to make sure you don‘t even think about leaving)
Makes sure to take on small jobs so that he doesn‘t have to be away from camp for too long (doesn‘t care that Dutch gets annoyed and fussy about needing money or other things. The gang consists of more members not just him.)

Dutch Van der Linde
He rarely leaves camp anyways so he can stay by your side the whole day
if you have a headache or want to rest he‘d even be willing to turn down his music or even shut it off completely
Actually sends people on runs or jobs just to stock up on the medicine (the camp already has plenty but you can never be too prepared)
Dutch would be the type of person to make sure you eat first before he does (at least as long as you are sick and can barely move out of bed)
would grab the first bowl of stew for you and insist you eat until you either really can‘t anymore or the stew is gone

Hosea Matthews
it‘s not his first rodeo of someone being sick and it certainly won‘t be his last (he raised John and Arthur after all and couldn‘t help but take on a more paternal role the second you stepped into camp)
He‘d be like a worried father that doesn‘t want to show it
Sometimes Hosea would linger around until you‘ve fallen back asleep (after making you take your medicine of course)
Sometimes he‘d even be willing to read to you, pulling a chair up to your cot anf quietly reading you a few lines of a book (he know‘s you‘re barely listening but it gives him an excuse to stay next to you for longer)
Doesn‘t let you leave camp until you‘re 100% well again (he doesn‘t want you getting hurt because of the sickness still lingering or because you‘re still of your game after resting for so long)

John Marston
it can go two ways with John (either he‘d stay clear for days or he‘d make sure you‘re okay and is a bit too clingy and pushy)
If he does stay he makes sure there are always fresh blankets (if you have a fever and sweat too much he‘d make you change out of your clothes too. He doesn‘t want you to get worse)
Tried making you a tonic once that was supposed to help you recover faster (it didn‘t. It made things 100 times more difficult for you and you had to stay in bed for at least three more days)
felt incredibly guilty afterwards and went to an actual doctor to get you something (he‘s also banned from making any kind of health tonics now because you do not want to risk being bedridden for longer than necessary just because of a badly made tonic)
He would be a bit more reluctant to show you affection or kiss you since i feel like he hates getting sick (would make up for it as soon as you‘re healthy again)

Charles Smith
worries a lot (doesn‘t show it all that much since he learned how to keep a clear head in situations that stress him out, as long as it‘s ‘minor‘ things like you being sick)
he does actually know what he‘s doing when it comes to medicine and health tonics
while you‘re out of comission he makes sure your horse is taken care of and gets enough entertainment (his love language is acts of service)
Charles is basically a walking furnance so if you‘re cold and there are no more blankets (because a fever sucks like that) he holds you close until you‘re not shivering anymore
He wouldn‘t mind getting sick either (he rarely does anyways so the chances of you accidentally passing the cold onto him are very slim) so, when you guys are alone, he doesn‘t mind kissing you or holding you close
(I feel like I‘m slowly starting to grow more confident with writing headcanons and I do actually want to try and write a small one shot)
