You might not know this sweatie, but that "language" learning site you reblogged is super problematic. its not a real language, it's a red corruption of Evaleen, because Evalee reds couldn't even manage to learn Evaleen! they just dont' speak properly. I have no idea if these two asks are are the same person or not. But all of these posts about the Mioleen language have been tagged “Miolee”. Miolee is known to be inhabited by clean, red-haired casteless people like myself. Hypersensitive people who find even the mention of red hair alarming should probably block the ‘Miolee’ tag.
(I find the idea that the ‘native’ Mioleens might attack me hilarious, because they are all adorable little babies. OH NO, I HAVE BEEN TACKLED BY A SWARM OF BABIES! ANYTHING BUT THAT!)
I figured it out. The reason why I don't like The Red Plains Rider is because she reminds me of that one relative who has been married to and divorced by three separate people multiple times each. (Just my family? Okay). And when you see her at Thanksgiving every year she's going on about how sweet Current Husband is and even when you talk about work or science or something he keeps slipping back into the conversation. And you really want to say something like "I think you just enjoy the sensation of being in love and once that stops you move on to the next person and repeat. Do these poor guys even know what you're doing or are they just along for the ride?" But you don't want to be the one who ruins Thanksgiving so you just nod and go along with it. And for a long time you thought that if she just finds a hobby she might realize that she doesn't need a husband to be happy but you have come to the conclusion that this is her hobby and it's not about Husband it's about her. And that wouldn't be as bad if she would be open about that as her intention but she never would admit that because acting like a lovesick teenager is way more fun for her. So you're stuck there with a fake smile wondering when she'll stop talking long enough for you to escape and watch football with your uncle because you know she won't bother you there.
