Kira is a Karat Lycan with main eyes: only one of his eyes is red, which is abnormal. He manipulates fire and is so similar to KiRah that Toru confuses them when he meets him for the first time.

He is a strange lycan who, according to Tarot, does not fully control his powers, which makes him all the more dangerous. He briefly challenges Toru when he meets him, and attacks Aki before letting them go.
