As we all know, Red is the only Yangire in the group, meaning he doesn't do anything out of love. It all out of hate and personal gain, that being said, Pink is the exact opposite. Its all out of love and personal gain. So I think Aaron is straight up not give a single shit about any of your whining and pouting, real suffering or not. If you get on his nerves too much, you're just going to be thrown in the root cellar, gagged and teeth removed in that order of severity. So tread carefully. He's trusted a victim before, and unfortunately, you aren't Birdie, so he won't trust again.

((Fun fact: Orange Mode/Russell and Brown Mode/Theodore were made the same time as the other colours, but I completely forgot them and they stayed in my PC files for like months.

Anyway, in the messy canon I have going; About early puberty for Aaron, he was trying real hard to be way tougher than he really was. There's reasons for that, but right now, I'll leave that be. It just means he ended up going from school yard bully to mini thug in the neighbourhood.

Enter Theodore, an older kid, maybe tail end of teenager, absolutely fucking up local businesses and homes. Just lighting fires, starting fights, dealing prescription drugs, all of it. And to Aaron and his issues? That's the coolest shit ever. Aaron was Teddy's shadow for years till Teddy got his shit together and didn't want to be bastard anymore. That was kind of a massive betrayal to Aaron and his totally not gay and homoerotic puppy crush.
