Strawberry Pancakes

  Strawberry Pancakes recipe by Ninik Becker.

This is very simple pancakes using fresh strawberry juice. Serve with fruit slices and drizzled with clear honey to added the softness for the pancakes.

  Pancake batter :

2 cups flour

2 eggs

1 tbsp sugar

a pinch of salt

2 tsp baking powder

3/4 cup milk

1/4 cup oil

1/2 cup juice of fresh strawberry

  Garnish :

clear honey
