Red Trunks, Red Leaves - Lois Dodd , 1981.
American,b.1927-
Oil on linen , 50 x 36 in. 127 x 91 cm.
New discovery Rudy Lockhart! 🇨🇦
New discovery Auzzy, and his red trunks with a fantastic cut!
my thoughts on the trunks real quick
in a more practical perspective when it comes to the costume, I like the trunks. It ties the costume together imo.
idk how to explain it, but the trunks help the crotch problem when translating comic book costumes to real life.
it's like when male superhero cosplayers that wear bodysuits need to wear something underneath around the pelvis and crotch area, so the area doesn't look indecent kinda way.
i hope ya'll understand what i mean 😭
I've begun following a YouTube channel called WrestlingFact, which provides video compilations of the hottest contemporary Babyfaces in endless peril. I think we've seen this artist's work before under a different username.
Video #13 in his "Wrestlers Squashed" series opens with a young Daniel Garcia in red trunks and kneepads. He takes a stiff beating from a bald, goateed Heel (Is there any hotter Heel than a bald, goateed Heel?!)
Anyway, we get a series of brief clips focusing on Daniel's utter destruction and helplessness. The Heel, meanwhile (I didn't catch his name) is unnecessarily cruel in his attacks -- always appreciated when the suffering Good Guy is my current Mancrush.
The killer Heel applies a Torture Rack AND THEN FLINGS MY DANNY AIRBORN TO CRACK HIS BACK ACROSS THAT BENT THIGH!!!
Whoever is running this WrestlingFact channel on YouTube has great taste in Babyface beat-downs, I must say!
