Reddit protest by its community moderators has impacted user engagements, traffic and visits to its ad portal since its beginning on June 12

this article reminds me that i never reviewed the reddit ios app, despite having it on my phone for years before switching to apollo and then deleting my accounts in light of reddit’s recent bad faith behavior. i think i’ll go do that.

Anyone else having issues with the Reddit app refreshing?

I've been trying out the reddit app after migrating from rif. I visited distressingmemes one day and didn't subscribe, but now I get "posts from communities you visited" and suddenly get an unexpected distressing meme.

Really not vibing with the app. Need to find that setting and turn it off.

You know what's funny? We all shit over Tumblr and it's app (not without reason) while Reddit adores their phone app. But here I am, watching something interesting.

This broken Tumblr app, site of complete shitpost and staff chaos, have something for what Reddit users would literally kill.

You know when you scroll and accidentally klick "home icon" and it takes you back to the beginning? Well, Reddit have it too, but more annoying because placed near upvote button. But Tumblr superior have option to come back from where you left. Yet Reddit do not.

Trust me, redditors would fucking kill for that option.

And yet they don't have it, but shitty app of this hellsite do.

This is fucking hilarious.
