Its interesting that Alastor, a raging misandrist, one that was extra pissy at Lucifer and who likes music and who's been in hell for a while... never mentions Lilith
He introduces Charlie to Rosie as "Lucifers daughter" and sings about her being powerful like her dad
We now know Rosie was well aware of who Charlie was, and already willing to help her, so it's not as if Alastor needed to rub in who her father is to get Rosie on-board.
In S1Ep1 he mentions her daddy issues (in his original commercial) yet nothinges about Lilith too.
Why not? If Lilith was such a major presence and only gone seven years, why is Alastor not keen to mention her at all?
He clearly dislikes Lucifer, so itd make more sense for him to exalt Charlie as her mom's daughter than his.
Its a curious choice.
Starting off this blog by posting something I forgot to post before LOL

Rosie must've given Alastor a reason as to why he had to be in the hotel, else he'd have instead complained he had no idea why she told him to do it.
Of course, the reason she gave might very well have been a lie
But now that he's free, will he tell others about it. Or does he care so little for the hotel while clearly not being hostile to Rosie, to warn them. Plus, telling them the reason would be admitting he was forced to be there before, and his pride likely cant stand that
Why was Alastor hidden, watching everyone struggle, and making this troubled face? His staff
Why was Alastor hidden, watching everyone struggle, and making this troubled face?
I think after his fight he was mostly out of juice and couldnt help; you can see how he basicallycrawled away after getting saved by Emily. So even though he wanted to help (be it for selfish reasons or because he cares for at least Niffty) he didn't have the power for it... not without his staff, at least
And then in came Rosie! And he no longer looked troubled. Of course, Alastor was too prideful to admit he did want to help but couldn't. He wasn't going ask at all. So he pretended like he didn't care, and was only willing to do so if he got something in return...
Amd Rosie figured him out eventually. She was hostile but when he reveals his demand is fixing the staff, she smiles and relaxes. Maybe not just because the demand is simple (and she'd been worried he was going to ask for much more) but that she realized at that moment he had always been planing to help
Kinda funny how once again, Alastor didn't get a song, but constantly interrupted and took over others' songs and its always a highlight when he does.
Imagine in s3, a free Alastor in his peak villain finally breaks out in triumphant song... ...and then every character he's ever interrupted a song of comes in and takes over the singing lol

Sub Rosa - Chapter 01 (Canon Compliant RadioApple fic. Contains S2 spoilers)

I wonder if Rosie's smile here is because she initially thought Alastor was going to be an ass and demand a hefty hefty price, hence her starting hostility... But then he whips out the staff and she realizes he's not asking for much at all, and the sly dog might have even gone on to help them eventually anyway
Hazbin s2 has taught me valuable lessons
That the Power of Friendship gets things done with group effort!
...But the Power of Being a Petty Bitch will get even *more* done, even if you're solo and strapped to a chair
Charlie was truly literally useless at every possible moment.in ep7 and 8. Im baffled at the writing choices
Im glad at least they demoted her, so the writing is at least acknowledging some of her utter uselesness. And she apologized to Lucifer
Even so, it felt weird how bad they showcased her. So much for her coming to her own in s1 as she rallied the cannibals
Here she:
-Was shown to just panic as others try to figure all out, emily is the one with ideas including saving people
-Doesnt even know the new hotel resident. Like, really?
-Wasn't the one to think up the interview with heaven idea. You'd think her many failed interviews would be so she'd think that up, but no, its Emily
-Isn't the one to rush to help sinners. Its Emily. Charlie just follows her lead
-Isn't the one to try to stop the beam. Its once again Emily who shows her refusal to give up and her spirit. Charlie just follows along
-Even Abel had a moment of panicking then pulling through to help everyone. Charlie didn't have even that
I don't get why they made her so utterly useless. Not even being the one to think of helping the sinners, really? And even knowing the hotel guest name?
Charlie isn't the link or the glue to anything. Pentious, Emily and Vaggie were.
They did her so dirty this season. They could have given her even one thing, instead they gave her nothing and took away the few things she had
Its clear the show wants you to get that Lucifer is Alastor's goal
They put Lucifer in the very middle of the shot, his white contrasted and framed by the all red and black, and Alastor clearly pointing to him
Nonshipping explanation: Likely Alastor wants a deal with him now that hes free
