- ABOUT ME - Hi I'm Ashlea 👋 I'm 24 years old. I'm a "work-from-home" mum of a VERY energetic, very loving 16 month old son, Alfie. . My boss is my vision and my chief entity @theconsciousmhoodproject -She is an online community for mothers who are CREATORS, WRITERS, ACTORS, MUSICIANS, ENTREPRENEURS, BUSINESS WOMEN, LOVERS, GIVERS and ADVENTURERS, as well as being an absolute kick ass movement to empower mothers and pregnant women to embrace their bodies, and really nurture their health and mindset through some amazing, and often scary, transitions in their lives. . My mission is to educate young mums how to own their lives physically, financially, mentally and spiritually, get back to the root of who they truly are, and really live a life of fun, freedom and contribution. . I'm extremely passionate about enabling mothers to fill up their own cup before they go and serve their families and the wider community, and really helping to take them off of autopilot and allow them the health, mindset, support and community to really take their goals, passion, and ambitions to the next level. I'm also incredibly passionate about redefining the Mom Bod, because the current definitions of what a mom bod is, are quite demeaning and are often used in a way to put women down. So, 2017, it's my mission to absolutely OWN THE CRAP out of my Mom Bod and help to really #redefinethemombod for many other young mums out there. . I absolutely ADORE all women❤ It is absolutely BAD ASS to watch women come through the other side adversity and struggles much stronger and more focused on where they are heading with their lives. . Mums are the reason I do what I do. I watched my mum battle with her own body image battles and work more than 3 jobs at a time to give my little brother and I everything we needed. I never want to be in that situation, nor do I want to see my amazing tribe of beautiful mothers get to that stage either. . I'm working with an amazing tribe of women, and am always taking on AMAZING mothers that want to be their kids' idols, and show the next generation how important it is to look after yourself first.
