I'm also incredibly passionate about redefining the Mom Bod, because the current definitions of what a mom bod is, are quite demeaning and are often used in a way to put women down. I absolutely ADORE all women❤ It is absolutely BAD ASS to watch women come through the other side adversity and struggles much stronger and more focused on where they are heading with their lives. . Mums are the reason I do what I do. I watched my mum battle with her own body image battles and work more than 3 jobs at a time to give my little brother and I everything we needed. I never want to be in that situation, nor do I want to see my amazing tribe of beautiful mothers get to that stage either. . I'm working with an amazing tribe of women, and am always taking on AMAZING mothers that want to be their kids' idols, and show the next generation how important it is to look after yourself first.
