Fighting Fire With Fire | Alana & Lily
The days had rolled by slowly in this new, foreign castle and Alana had learned rather a lot from those she'd been forced into the company of. Gryffindor house certainly seemed to be one with its own cliques - all of which Alana wanted no part of. There was a group of boys that seemed to spend most of their time irritating people, girls that wanted no part in the Triwizard tournament at all and those who challenged the Beaxbatons girls they'd already come across. It was the third and final group that had peaked Alana's interest, to which she'd found herself endlessly watching them from afar in order to try and gain some sort of intel on them.
Her prime target had been the little redhead that seemed to walk the halls and greet everyone as though she owned the place - perhaps she did, but it didn't particularly sit well with the young Romanian girl who couldn't stand people like herself. It had just so happened that they had entered the common room at the same time through the portrait that served as a door, so the honorary member of Gryffindor house decided to take her chances on a conversation.
"Lily, isn't it?"
Inclining her head towards the other girl, she tried her hardest to make herself appear presentable in front of her newest challenge - back straight, stand tall, look down on those around you. Her mantra had never failed her thus yet, though Alana was always ready for a challenge. Offering out her hand, she nodded curtly to the young woman and gave her a sharp, cruel smile. "Alana Cvetkov, it's a pleasure to meet you madame."
