Yes, I will be! I’ll have to check my table number again, but I’ll be there! Gonna start posting about it in a couple weeks.

I mean, it can be a synonym for 'but' -- it just can't be used as a conjunction when it is being used as a synonym. It's one of my favorite words because of how it can be used. That being said, I feel your pain when it is used incorrectly.

yeah, and I like using it when it’s used correctly. but most people don’t know or understand the subtlety of not using it as a conjunction, and that’s what gets on my nerves.
