In years prior, dinner had always been an adventure of its own, hands flying, grabbing, punching and mouths devouring whatever came close enough to taste. Growing up with mountain bandits probably wasn’t the best upbringing when it came to table manners, but while Ace saw fit to take what he pleased during a meal, he also wouldn’t hog EVERYTHING if it meant his little brother was able to replenish his strength. “Your chef makes some pretty good food, Luffy,” he pointed out with relish, voice muffled by a mouthful of steak, “Dunno where you found this guy, he’s pretty awesome.” / @redhvwk
