"You look exhausted."

“Nonsense, I’m... Fine, I just haven’t had my morning coffee.” His words are followed by a long, dragged out yawn. Though it’s true Royce hardly slept very much, he once went three whole days without a second of rest, he’s been having many dreadful nightmares for the past few weeks.

It’s left the man on edge, the littlest are enough to set him off. 

“Staying up all night.. It does a number on you but I have to stay on top with my studies.”

Does your muse like to collect/hoard anything?

Royce has a bad habit of hoarding old, irrelevant documents that are probably from years ago. Things like old bills, cards, folders, everything really, he desperatly needs to clean it all out.

Does your muse like to explore dangerous places?

To a degree? He wouldn’t go meandering around a live power plant or bad neighborhoods but he’d probably poke around in abandoned buildings if he had someone there with him.

Has your muse done something stupid and not regret it?

Royce has regretted some of the things he’s done in the past but he’d never admit that he did, not even to his colleagues because he takes those things very personally.

Does your muse forgive others easily?

Royce is a manipulative man, if someone has wronged him he’d give off the guise of forgiveness but only because he’s waiting for the perfect importunity to get back at him. The only people that are truthfully forgiven are his colleagues because he has to work with them to accomplish anything.

Does your muse enjoy praise?

Absolutely, Royce has a really big ego and getting praised only makes it worse.

tea orange: what is something that your muse is fascinated with?

The stars. Being born and raised primarily underground, the stars were one of those things that he loved to be able to see. They were a mysterious constant that lit everything up at a time when things were supposed to be dark.

olive: is your muse prone to feeling envious of others? if yes, what is it that they typically feel envious over?

Envy isn’t something he really feels. When he does it’s always about circumstance, usually about the differences between the Ura and Caelondians. He hit a spat of envy when he first got to the city because of how the Ura were treated in general. He was okay, because he was an envoy, but even some born in the city were being judged. He somewhat envied the priviledge.

aubergine: does your muse prefer the day, or are they more of a night-owl?

He’s always up early but he prefers the night. Again, it’s all about the stars with Zulf.

[There was something very fishy about this backdoor. Last time Luna tried to get through, some very strange things happened!]

[But maybe it was just a matter of approaching it wrong. Luna was very determined to get this to work. So this time, she backed up, the Transistor held by her tail as always.]

[The residents of the Transistor didn’t seem to think this was a good idea. But it was surely too late for any qualms about the plan to be made known.]

[Instead of colliding with the door, though, the same weird spark happens. Suddenly Luna isn’t running at the door anymore - she’s running straight at... Red?]
