Finally cut into this miter citrus that was gifted to us. Definitely is a lemon. Slightly sweet and extremely juicy. Closest variety I can identify it to is a Verna Lemon although it does remind me of a Meyer Lemon. My morning is off to a great start! Harvested some of these massive, tree-ripened guavas for breakfast and seeds. Planted a bunch in the nursery for our community and set some aside to clean and store. In 2/3 years, all these seeds planted should be producing guavas just as big as these! If one in a hundred trees survive to produce fruits, millions of seeds are produced giving even more chances for success. Dozens of people have already eaten from this tree planted from just one seed. P.S.
