Her aura is immaculate actually. Like her rizz radiates off her in waves spanning 100 miles. And no, she’s never done anything wrong in her life ever ever ever. (She kidnapped dick but that’s ok)
Her and Dick were kind of a situationship because they were both struggling at the time and found peace in each other temporarily. But they’re very very different people and they just didn’t work honestly. They never would have made it in the long run. So Dick initiated the breakup but Mara totally understood and they remained friends. She often accompanies him to family gala’s as his guest whenever he needs a fake paparazzi girlfriend or just an excuse to leave.
She pays for her gear by robbing banks 💀💀💀. Since she was raised by the Joker, being his foster daughter, he taught her everything she knows. He helped her make her first costume and watched lovingly when she crafted her first Cherry-Bomb prototype when she was 10. So she made absolute bank. Now that she’s an anti-hero working for the good side, she kinda pulls a Robin Hood and steals from the rich OR she steals from the gangs she dismantles. Only a little bit, enough to cover her stuff, she gives the rest to the kids on the streets that she takes care of. She currently works in a coffee shop part time with a side hustle of working for a small paper, because she’s currently in Uni and is taking Fine Art (she does a lot of graffiti and stuff) and Journalism.
She knew OF him before he died and that’s kinda what shook her relationship with her dad- the fact he was so chill with killing that kid. But they only started dating after he came back and after her situationship with Dick because they often ended up at the same bust jobs to stop dealers and stuff- so they just ended up getting to know each other.
she absolutely ADORES Harley. Harley was her example of a strong woman because she had a PhD. She was one of the people who urged Harley to leave the Joker because she hated the way she was treated. She watched Harley tell woman after woman about how shitty their boyfriend were while she allowed herself to be abused. She has great respect for Harley to this day, especially because of the respect Harley has for other women, like never beating up pregnant women and shit like that. Her and Harley are quite similar tbh.
