Oliver Queen rushed down the street at an aggravated pace wanting to get to his destination as soon as possible. Walking around at night while some factions of the police were most active made him distinctly edgy. He may not have been in costume and Luthor may have been gracious enough not to reveal his identity for now, but there was no telling when he'd have a change of heart.
Reaching the building he wanted he quickly climbed the stairs to the right floor and banged harshly on the door. "Roy!" he snapped "It's me, let me in."

Just Checking In || @redtippedarrows
Green Arrow peered through his binoculars at the inconspicuous, average looking suburban house on the edges of Star City his eyes narrowed in concentration. He knew for a fact that The Target was out at the moment, not due to return for another hour at least, but his house was likely to be heavily outfitted with a security system. He put down the binoculars and crept quickly and quietly to the back door, careful to avoid setting off the garden lights. Picking the lock to the door wasn't the most subtle method, and he was likely setting off so many silent alarms it would make his head spin, but that was no skin off his noes; it was exactly what he wanted. Inside the house was mostly dark and quiet, the low hum and glow of the TV being watched by a lethargic baby sitter non-withstanding. Sneaking past the sitter was no challenge at all, and once he was in the hall leading to the bedrooms he straighten up and opened the door leading into little Lian Harper's bedroom. Ollie smiled fondly and went to kneel beside the bed of the little girl, watching as she stirred groggily and looked at him with sleep confused eyes.
"Ollie?"
"Hey princess. I'm here to see your dad."
Through the window, into the Bed
Funny, it was easier to find his way to Harper's house than he had thought in the beginning. All Damian had to do was type in a name and go past a few firewalls and barriers around private information about the hospital's patients.
It was easy then to locate Harper and the address of his home. Since his bike was still in a nearby garage and in need of repairs, Damian had decided he best get going if he wanted to arrive before it got far too late for anything.
Dressed in a simple shirt, a heavy cotton jacket, and a pair of ripped well worn grey jeans (excuse him if he decides he should dress as good as he looks), Damian was soon squeezing through the open window. He made as little noise as possible before closing the window behind him, the lock snapping shut.
The bedroom door should be the one that was open. The brunette peeked in and seeing Harper in all is crippled glory, snickered before making his presence known with a light knock to the open door.
"Nurse Wayne is here. Now what services will you be asking for?"
