It’s a sad situation when the local government have to deter drivers using money but asking nicely and educating people is not enough! Our society is very selfish! Over a space of 8 years from when I was 24 I developed Hay fever which evolved into Allergic Rhinitis. Several GPs have told me it is caused by pollution! I don’t go into the city centre very often but feel for those that work there. The only way to get people to be considerate is to hit their wallets! If you can’t afford to pay the charges then use public transport! Londons public transport system is amazing! Coventry’s needs a huge amount of improvement. When driving into a city centre please think twice for the sake of the health of people breathing your cars fumes.
